We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Operational Solutions team as a Principal Consultant, leading impactful programmes across Defence and other complex sectors. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong project delivery expertise—whether gained in Defence, infrastructure, energy, transport, or technology—and wants to apply it in a dynamic, values‑driven consultancy with the flexibility to work from home and travelling for client engagements when required.

The Role

As a Principal Consultant, you will apply your project management expertise to lead the planning and delivery of major programmes across Defence and other complex sectors. You will play a pivotal role in solving client challenges, ensuring successful project outcomes, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Lead business development activity through client engagement, networking, strategic partnering, and bid support.
Skills & experience required

Defence sector experience is essential, with additional expertise in infrastructure, energy, transport, or technology welcomed.

Strong business development capability, including delivering compelling client presentations, supporting bids/proposals, and identifying new opportunities.

Ability to leverage your professional network to generate future opportunities for the team and wider business.

Experience or knowledge of export markets, regulations, or processes (advantageous).

Essential working knowledge in at least one of:

Project Controls & Risk Management expertise

Demonstrated capability and experience in Multi‑Domain Operations.
