The Role
As a Senior Marine Engineering Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex engineering solutions across surface ship and submarine programmes. Working closely with the Head of Solutions Engineering, you’ll help shape and grow our maritime consultancy offering, ensuring technical excellence and strong client relationships within a dynamic defence environment.
You’ll apply your expertise in marine power, propulsion and auxiliary systems to influence system design, assurance and acceptance for major UK defence assets. The role combines technical leadership, stakeholder engagement and systems thinking to deliver integrated solutions in a highly regulated, mission-critical domain.

Skills & experience required

Background in marine engineering for naval ships and/or submarines, including design, integration, and support.

Experience developing user requirements, CONOPS, CONUSE assessment, their requirements definition and acceptance.
