Our Training Solutions team is currently seeking a highly skilled Principal Training Consultant with a background in Defence, Energy or other safety critical sectors. The Role
Our Training Solutions team are delivery focused and specialise in advice and support on training architectural design and in delivery of the Training Solution, including the analysis of organisational training requirements, Human Factors Integration and evaluating the outcomes of transformational design change.
Day to day, you will provide specialist consultancy services to clients. You will work closely with the Head of Training Analysis and Assurance and Training Services Director to support the identification and maturity of opportunities, understanding client requirements, and offering tailored solutions.
