The Role
The day-to-day role will range from “front of house” consulting, interfacing with customers on the planning and implementation of ILS/IPS strategies, to “backroom” support performing detailed analysis and modelling of system support solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:

Produce and maintain IPS artefacts including Supportability Cases, LSAR-derived outputs, maintenance concepts, analysis of support requirements, and availability, reliability and maintainability assessments

Perform detailed supportability modelling: spares forecasting, maintenance planning, failure trend analysis, and support cost modelling
In your first 3-6 months, key achievements may include:

Experience producing ILS/IPS deliverables such as ISP, Supportability Case Reports (SCRs), Maintenance Plans, Technical Documentation, and Spares Recommendations
