Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who has already spent some time in the working world and is now looking to build a career in proposals and bidding. You might be returning to work after a break, switching career paths or simply ready for something more strategic and engaging.
This role is due to start in October 2025.
This is a remote role, working from home with travel, as required, to client sites across the UK.
The Role
As a Bid and Proposal Apprentice, you will play a vital role in creating winning proposals while also supporting the growth of our business development pipeline, including:

Drafting and editing proposal content for clarity and impact

Completing Pre-Qualification and Selection Questionnaires

Project managing bid timelines and kick-off meetings to ensure timely submissions

Monitoring and feeding the business development pipeline by tracking opportunities, analysing trends and identifying potential leads

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality submissions
